Door Attendant
What will I be doing?
- As a Doorperson, you serve as a key connection point between Guests and the hotel as well as other hotel departments.
- A Doorperson with the hotel property influences the Guest's first impression, and therefore, must ensure to always offer a professional and welcoming disposition. Specifically, the Doorperson will perform the following tasks at the highest level of service:
- Comply with Company brand standards at all times
- Welcome guests on arrival and assist with their luggage
- Maintain frequent contact with regular Guests and visitors
- Park Guests' cars on the hotel premises, as required
- Provide a driving service to Guests, as required
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of all hotel vehicles
- Keep up to date on all hotel services as well as VIPs and special events
- Be knowledgeable on external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity
- Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service

Front Office Receptionist
What will I be doing?
- As Receptionist, you will ensure the satisfaction of executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering advice and information as requested.
- An Executive Lounge Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Welcome executive Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints
- Process accurately check-ins and check-out
- Ensure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards
- Stay current with all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events
- Demonstrate a knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity
- Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service
- Comply with Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

- باعتبارك موظف استقبال، فإنك تعمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية بين الضيوف والفندق بالإضافة إلى أقسام الفندق الأخرى.
- يؤثر موظف الاستقبال في الفندق على الانطباع الأول لدى الضيف، لذا عليه أن يحرص دائمًا على تقديم خدمة احترافية ومرحبة. وسيتولى موظف الاستقبال المهام التالية بأعلى مستوى من الخدمة:
- الالتزام بمعايير العلامة التجارية للشركة في جميع الأوقات
- الترحيب بالضيوف عند وصولهم ومساعدتهم في حمل أمتعتهم
- الحفاظ على التواصل المتكرر مع الضيوف والزوار الدائمين
- ركن سيارات الضيوف في مباني الفندق حسب الحاجة
- توفير خدمة القيادة للضيوف حسب الحاجة
- ضمان نظافة وسلامة جميع مركبات الفندق
- كن على اطلاع دائم بجميع خدمات الفندق بالإضافة إلى خدمات كبار الشخصيات والمناسبات الخاصة

- باعتبارك موظف استقبال، ستضمن رضا الضيوف التنفيذيين طوال فترة إقامتهم في الفندق من خلال الرد بكفاءة على استفساراتهم وتقديم المشورة والمعلومات حسب الطلب.
- يساهم موظف الاستقبال في الصالة التنفيذية في الانطباعات الأولى لضيوفنا، وبالتالي، يجب عليه أداء المهام التالية بأعلى المعايير:
- الترحيب بالضيوف التنفيذيين عند وصولهم ومساعدتهم أثناء إقامتهم والتعامل بكفاءة مع الاستفسارات وأي شكاوى
- معالجة عمليات تسجيل الدخول والخروج بدقة
- التأكد من توفير جميع الإمدادات ووسائل الراحة للضيوف وتجديدها وفقًا للمعايير المطلوبة
