Senior Solution Architect (Telecom, Cybersecurity, or ICT)

What You'll Do:

• Regardless of your primary specialization, all Senior Solution Architects will:
• Architect comprehensive solutions within your domain (Telecom, Cybersecurity, or ICT) that address real-world challenges and deliver tangible results.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest technological advancements and trends in your specialized area, identifying opportunities to leverage them for competitive advantage.
• Build and nurture relationships with technology vendors, ensuring access to cutting-edge solutions relevant to your domain.
• Conduct presentations, lead technical discussions, and effectively respond to compliance requests in RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Analyze client needs, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively identify technology solutions that enhance efficiency, drive business growth, and provide a competitive edge within your area of expertise.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in telecommunications, cybersecurity, OR ICT.
• Technical Expertise (demonstrated strength in at least one of the following areas):
• Strong expertise in carrier networks, service delivery, and cloud technologies. Demonstrated success in designing and selling Wide Area Network (WAN) solutions.

• Proven background in designing and implementing robust cybersecurity solutions, including network security, data protection, identity and access management, and security operations. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
•  Solid background in ICT solutions design and implementation. Experience with Low Voltage (LV) contracting and pricing is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Network Management Center Engineer

Your Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for ISP over all services provisioning, service delivery and support to customers in coordination with all internal and external parties as per agreed KPI and SLA.
• Configuration of IP services over multi-vendor MPLS Network Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet using transportation connectivity L2VPN (Point to Point, Point to Multi Point (VPLS), L3VPN, QOS classification and Traffic Engineering.
• Well versed in ISP Network Switching and Routing technologies, Layer 3 routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP and IS-IS. Skilled in implementing advanced routing features such as route redistribution, policy-based routing, route leaking, MPLS, and traffic engineering. Proficient in configuring and managing DWDM, MPLS and Switching network platforms.
• Strong Expertise in MSSP portfolio services like FWaaS, SECaaS, IPS/IDS, Managed SDWAN through the integration of security platforms (FortiGate firewalls, Forti manager, Forti analyser, EMS etc).
• Configuring and supporting MDDoS different category services like Completely managed, on prem and hybrid in liaison with vendors.

• Provisioning and support of International Connectivity services (across B. Online Kuwait and globally spread MPLS network on-net. Offnet and hybrid way through partners NNI, software defined platforms using L2VPN, L3VPN, VPN, EVPN, VPLS, QinQ, QOS etc..
• Configuration and support for Managed Voice over Centrix, SIP services and carrying MOC ISDN E1 services with hotline numbers to customers
• Acting as Tier 2 support for escalated customers issues from NOC, internal and providing expert level support to premium customers with direct communication, meeting contracted SLA and customer expectations.
• Good knowledge on Fiber Optic, Microwave/wireless, GSM, ADSL technologies.
•  Managing and executing the Network and security configuration parameters like VRF (Routing Instances), VLAN, IPAM, Private AS, VDOM, ADOM etc.
• Ensuring the readiness and availability of Network access facilities like different capacity SFP equipped ports.
• Responsible for all internal connectivity and access Networks supporting the service configurations
• Identifying the software, hardware upgrades/ enhancements, issues and executing Change management.
• Working closely with Core Network for capacity and Network resources planning and deployment.
• Supporting Business development by testing advanced and tailored services and solutions.

We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related is must
• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ISP or telecom company.
• Certifications in Networking & Security Cisco, Fortinet (minimum CCNP, FCSS) is must, Juniper will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of networking, Security, DDoS, ISP Telecom technologies, and enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

مهندس مركز إدارة الشبكات

مسؤولياتك: 

• المسؤول عن توفير جميع خدمات مزود خدمة الإنترنت وتقديم الخدمات والدعم للعملاء بالتنسيق مع جميع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية وفقًا لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية واتفاقية مستوى الخدمة المتفق عليها.
• تكوين خدمات IP عبر شبكة MPLS متعددة الموردين Cisco و Juniper و Fortinet باستخدام الاتصال بالنقل L2VPN (من نقطة إلى نقطة، ومن نقطة إلى نقاط متعددة (VPLS)، و L3VPN، وتصنيف جودة الخدمة وهندسة المرور.

• العمل كدعم من المستوى الثاني لقضايا العملاء المتصاعدة من مركز عمليات الشبكة الداخلي وتوفير الدعم على مستوى الخبراء للعملاء المتميزين من خلال التواصل المباشر وتلبية اتفاقية مستوى الخدمة المتعاقد عليها وتوقعات العملاء.
• معرفة جيدة بتقنيات الألياف البصرية والميكروويف/اللاسلكي وGSM وADSL.
•  إدارة وتنفيذ معلمات تكوين الشبكة والأمان مثل VRF (حالات التوجيه)، VLAN، IPAM، AS الخاص، VDOM، ADOM وما إلى ذلك.
• ضمان جاهزية وتوافر مرافق الوصول إلى الشبكة مثل المنافذ المجهزة بـ SFP ذات السعات المختلفة.
• المسؤول عن جميع شبكات الاتصال والوصول الداخلية التي تدعم تكوينات الخدمة
• تحديد ترقيات/تحسينات البرامج والأجهزة والقضايا وتنفيذ إدارة التغيير.
• العمل بشكل وثيق مع Core Network لتخطيط ونشر القدرات وموارد الشبكة.
• دعم تطوير الأعمال من خلال اختبار الخدمات والحلول المتقدمة والمخصصة.

نحن نبحث عن:

• يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الشبكات أو أي مجال ذي صلة
• أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في دور مماثل، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في شركة مزود خدمة الإنترنت أو شركة اتصالات.
• الشهادات في الشبكات والأمن Cisco وFortinet (CCNP وFCSS كحد أدنى) ضرورية، ويفضل استخدام Juniper
• معرفة قوية بالشبكات والأمن وهجمات الحرمان من الخدمة وتقنيات الاتصالات الخاصة بمقدمي خدمات الإنترنت وحلول المؤسسات.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل الشخصي مع نهج يركز على العملاء.
• قدرات قوية في التحليل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
