Responsibilities

•  Lead and promote strict compliance with Weatherford’s HSE policies and safety culture. 
•  Manage workshop including PCE up to 10,000 PSI and various wireline/fishing tools. 
•  Oversee job planning, tool preparation, execution, and post-job evaluations. 
•  Supervise and develop field personnel, ensuring performance, training, and discipline standards are met. 
•  Maintain tool and equipment readiness; oversee maintenance, inventory, and repairs. 
•  Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and clients to meet job requirements and resolve issues. 
•  Support cost control efforts, job documentation, and service quality reporting. 

Tubing Conveyed Perforating (TCP) Specialist

Responsibilities

•  Plan, prepare, and execute TCP operations in accordance with client specifications and safety standards. 
•  Assemble, test, and inspect TCP toolstrings, including firing heads, guns, and pressure control equipment. 
•  Conduct pre-job risk assessments, equipment checks, and safety meetings. 
•  Coordinate logistics and tool preparation with surface and downhole teams, including wireline, slickline, or coiled tubing crews when applicable. 
•  Monitor and control downhole operations using pressure and depth readings; ensure real-time problem-solving during perforating runs. 

Field Engineer III - Liner Hanger

Responsibilities

• Attend classroom instructional sessions aimed at product line specific training
• Complete assigned computer-based training as per the predetermined Learning Plan.
• Perform job preparation tasks such as; measuring and documenting sales and rental items, assembly of tools per work instructions, preparation for testing, disassembly and repair of items per procedure.
• Prepare equipment for dispatch; package and load-out
• Perform the following; pre-job briefing, on-site equipment inspection and installation per job program.

Field Specialist III - Managed Pressure Drilling Services

Responsibilities

•  Conducts maintenance of the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment at the job site and workshop when required. 
•  Responsible for daily MPD reporting, hydraulic calculations, simulations and supervises shift personnel. 
•  At the discretion of product line management (such as the Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, or their designee) will be responsible for working in the shop. This will include but not limited to green tagging, preparing, and/or assisting with shipping equipment to job site.
