Are you experienced in healthcare facility management and passionate about maintaining high standards? Sidra Kuwait Hospital is seeking a skilled Facility / Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and ensure smooth and safe operation of our facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare settings as a Facility Coordinator, Facility Engineer, or related role

• Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and electrical infrastructure

• Familiarity with JCIA (Joint Commission International Accreditation) standards

• Experience in project supervision and facility management

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and facility monitoring tools

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance and facility operations

• Coordinate MEP systems maintenance and repairs

• Ensure compliance with JCIA and other healthcare standards

• Oversee project implementation and site supervision

• Manage facility monitoring systems and documentation

• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments

• الإلمام بمعايير الاعتماد الدولية JCIA

• خبرة في الإشراف على المشاريع وإدارة المرافق

• إجادة استخدام الأوتوكاد، برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس، وأدوات مراقبة المرافق

• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على الصيانة اليومية وتشغيل المرافق

• تنسيق صيانة وإصلاح أنظمة MEP

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير JCIA وغيرها من معايير الرعاية الصحية

• متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع والإشراف على المواقع

• إدارة أنظمة المراقبة وتوثيق العمليات

• التواصل مع الموردين والمقاولين والأقسام الداخلية
