📋 Open Positions & Responsibilities

1. Electrical Technicians

• Perform routine electrical inspections and maintenance

• Troubleshoot electrical systems and install components

2. Air Conditioning Technicians (Unit and Central AC)

• Maintain and repair split units and central HVAC systems

• Conduct system diagnostics and gas recharging

• Replace filters, belts, and worn-out parts

3. Plumbing Technicians

• Repair and maintain piping systems and fixtures

• Diagnose water supply and drainage issues

• Install new plumbing components as required

4. Control Technicians

• Maintain and calibrate control systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, pumps)

5. Diesel Generator and Pump Technicians

• Service and repair diesel generators and pumps

📋 الوظائف المطلوبة والمسؤوليات

1. فني كهرباء

• إجراء فحوصات وصيانة كهربائية دورية

• تحديد الأعطال وتركيب المكونات الكهربائية

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والأسلاك

2. فني تكييف (وحدات منفصلة ومركزي)

• صيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف المنفصلة والمركزية

• إجراء فحوصات وتشخيص الأعطال وتعبئة الغاز

• استبدال الفلاتر والأحزمة والأجزاء التالفة

3. فني سباكة

• صيانة أنظمة الأنابيب والتمديدات الصحية

• تشخيص أعطال المياه والصرف الصحي

• تركيب مكونات سباكة جديدة حسب الحاجة

4. فني تحكم

• صيانة ومعايرة أنظمة التحكم (مثل التكييف، الإضاءة، المضخات)

• تشخيص واستبدال الحساسات ولوحات التحكم

• ضمان التشغيل السلس للأنظمة الآلية

5. فني مولدات ومضخات ديزل

• صيانة وإصلاح المولدات والمضخات التي تعمل بالديزل

• تنفيذ تغييرات الزيت والفحوصات والاختبارات الدورية

• الاستجابة الفورية للأعطال وحالات الطوارئ
