Fleet Coordinator
PRIMARY DUTIES
- 1. Handover and Receiving process.
- 2. Maintenance and car service follow up.
- 3. Inventory count updating
- 4. Fleet Asset management implementation and follow up.
- 5. Beep-beep Maintenance.
- 6. GPS Implementation process and follow-up
- 7. Beep-beep updating with GPS integration.
SECONDARY DUTIES
- 1. Updating all the documents of the related work and updating the system data as well.
- 2. All related reports and related filing.
- 3. Other tasks as assigned.
Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records on Odoo.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Assist with organizing training sessions and HR activities.
- Handle administrative tasks and HR-related documents.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR procedures.
- Support audits and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and administration.
- Proficiency in HR software (Odoo preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required.
- Immediate joiner is preferred.

منسق الأسطول
الواجبات الأساسية
- 1. عملية التسليم والاستلام.

- 5. صيانة بيب بيب.
- 6. عملية تنفيذ نظام تحديد المواقع العالمي (GPS) ومتابعته
- 7. تحديث Beep-Beep مع تكامل GPS.
الواجبات الثانوية
- 1. تحديث كافة وثائق العمل ذات الصلة وتحديث بيانات النظام أيضًا.
- 2. كافة التقارير ذات الصلة والملفات ذات الصلة.
- 3. المهام الأخرى حسب التكليف.
مساعد الموارد البشرية
المسؤوليات:
- الحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين وتحديثها على Odoo.
- دعم عملية الإدماج والتوجيه للموظفين الجدد.
- المساعدة في تنظيم جلسات التدريب وأنشطة الموارد البشرية.
- التعامل مع المهام الإدارية والوثائق المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
- الرد على استفسارات الموظفين المتعلقة بإجراءات الموارد البشرية.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق ومبادرات إشراك الموظفين.
متطلبات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- المعرفة الأساسية بعمليات الموارد البشرية والإدارة.
- الكفاءة في برامج الموارد البشرية (يفضل Odoo).
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- مستوى عال من السرية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- يشترط إجادة اللغة العربية.
- يفضل الانضمام الفوري.
