Outdoor Sales Specialist

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Specialist to join our team in Al-Kulaib Kitchens. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing sales, and promoting our high-quality custom-made kitchens and wardrobes made from stainless steel, aluminum, and wood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Visit construction sites, showrooms, consultants, and contractors to generate business opportunities.
• Present product offerings and technical details to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design and production team to meet client expectations.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up.
• Report daily/weekly on leads, opportunities, and closed deals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in Stainless steel, Aluminum , Wood kitchen, wardrobes, or interior fit-out industry in Kuwait.
• Deep understanding of materials used in kitchens and wardrobes: stainless steel, aluminum, and wood.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
• Must hold a transferable residency visa (Article 18).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Presentable, professional, and customer oriented.

أخصائي مبيعات خارجية

المسمى الوظيفي:

• نحن نبحث عن أخصائي مبيعات خارجية متحمس وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مطابخ الكليب. 
• سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن توليد العملاء المحتملين، ومقابلة العملاء، وإتمام المبيعات، والترويج لمطابخنا وخزائن الملابس عالية الجودة المصممة حسب الطلب والمصنوعة من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ والألمنيوم والخشب.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين.
• قم بزيارة مواقع البناء وصالات العرض والمستشارين والمقاولين لتوليد فرص العمل.
• تقديم عروض المنتج والتفاصيل الفنية للعملاء المحتملين.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية.

متطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات الخارجية في صناعة الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ أو الألومنيوم أو الخشب أو خزائن المطبخ أو التصميم الداخلي في الكويت.
• فهم عميق للمواد المستخدمة في المطابخ وخزائن الملابس: الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ والألمنيوم والخشب.
• رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول.
• - أن يكون حاصلاً على إقامة قابلة للتحويل (المادة 18).
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الوقت بكفاءة.
• قابل للعرض، محترف، وموجه نحو العملاء.
