Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for healthcare and online sales? Metro Medical Group is looking for a talented E-Commerce Executive (Healthcare/Pharmacy) to help drive the growth of our digital presence and pharmacy e-commerce platform. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of health and innovation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online sales through the pharmacy’s e-commerce site

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Perform comprehensive SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword targeting)

• Improve SERP rankings and boost organic visibility

• Set up and track conversions using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel

• Analyze traffic and campaign data via Google Analytics & Search Console

• Optimize product listings with content and technical SEO

• Manage product offers and online ads on platforms such as Talabat

• Ensure all digital campaigns comply with MOH regulations

• Collaborate with sales and product teams for accurate listings and promotions

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing

• Advanced skills in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM

• Technical SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing or related field

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

• Background in healthcare or pharmacy industry preferred

• Must be based in Kuwait with transferable residency

🎯 المهام الرئيسية

• إدارة وزيادة مبيعات الموقع الإلكتروني للصيدلية

• إعداد وتنفيذ حملات إعلانية مدفوعة (Google، Meta وغيرها)

• تنفيذ جميع جوانب تحسين محركات البحث (SEO)

• تحسين ترتيب الموقع وظهوره في نتائج البحث

• إعداد وتتبع التحويلات باستخدام GA4 وGTM وMeta Pixel

• تحليل البيانات عبر Google Analytics وSearch Console

• تحسين صفحات المنتجات من حيث المحتوى والجوانب التقنية

• إدارة العروض والإعلانات عبر منصات مثل Talabat

• ضمان توافق الحملات مع إرشادات وزارة الصحة

• التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والمنتجات

✅ المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التجارة الإلكترونية والتسويق الرقمي

• إتقان SEO، Google Ads، Meta Ads، GA4، وGTM

• خبرة في تحسين الأداء التقني وتحويل الزوار إلى عملاء

• شهادة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في التسويق الرقمي أو مجال ذي صلة

• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• يُفضل وجود خلفية في المجال الصحي أو الصيدلي

• يشترط التواجد في الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل
