Requirements
Tool Pushers: Minimum 2 years as TP on drilling rigs + 10 years industry experience
Night Tool Pusher: Minimum 2 years as NTP on drilling rigs + 8 years industry experience
Drillers: Minimum 2 years as Driller on drilling rigs + 7 years industry experience
Mechanics: Minimum 2 years as Mechanic on drilling rigs + 7 years industry experience
Preferred nationalities: All except Indian
Hiring only from inside Kuwait
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage drilling operations efficiently
Maintain safety and quality standards on site
Perform daily operational and mechanical tasks based on the role
