• Procurement Officer

• Procurement Coordinator

Requirements

Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain roles
Good understanding of purchase orders, vendor communication, and material tracking
Strong skills in negotiation, documentation, and time management
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and high-demand environment
Immediate availability is a strong advantage
Hiring from within Kuwait only
Good command of English; Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities

Procurement Officer
Oversee purchasing activities and vendor negotiations
Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services
Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor files
Coordinate with finance, operations, and inventory teams for proper procurement flow

Procurement Coordinator
Support the procurement process by tracking deliveries and supplier performance
Assist in maintaining procurement documentation and reports
Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and timelines
Liaise with departments to understand purchasing needs
Help resolve any issues related to delayed or incorrect deliveries

خبرة مناسبة في المشتريات أو سلاسل الإمداد
إلمام جيد بإصدار أوامر الشراء، والتعامل مع الموردين، وتتبع المواد
مهارات قوية في التفاوض، تنظيم المستندات، وإدارة الوقت
القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق وفي بيئة تتطلب سرعة ودقة
يفضّل من يمكنه الانضمام فورًا
التوظيف من داخل الكويت فقط
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضّل معرفة باللغة العربية

المهام الوظيفية

مسؤول مشتريات
إدارة عمليات الشراء والتفاوض مع الموردين
إصدار أوامر الشراء بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب
ضمان جودة وتوقيت تسليم المواد والخدمات
الحفاظ على سجلات مشتريات دقيقة وملفات الموردين
التنسيق مع فرق المالية، العمليات، والمخزون لضمان سير العملية الشرائية

منسق مشتريات
دعم عملية الشراء من خلال تتبع التسليمات وتقييم أداء الموردين
المساعدة في إعداد تقارير ووثائق المشتريات
التواصل مع الموردين بخصوص حالة الطلبات والمواعيد النهائية
فهم احتياجات الأقسام المختلفة وتلبيتها
المساعدة في حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتأخير أو الطلبات غير الصحيحة
