🏗️ Join Our Team – Site Engineer for Fit-Out Projects

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented engineer with a passion for interior fit-out projects? We are seeking a talented Site Engineer to oversee and manage the on-site execution of commercial, retail, and office interior works. Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional project outcomes with precision and quality.

💡 Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit-out site activities including subcontractor coordination, labor deployment, and materials logistics

• Conduct site inspections to ensure alignment with approved drawings, quality benchmarks, and safety standards

• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays

• Enforce quality control and safety measures through routine checks

• Monitor site progress and maintain records of milestones and obstacles

• Assist in budget tracking and suggest cost optimization methods

• Support in evaluating subcontractor work for payment purposes based on site verification

• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and project alignment

• Manage site resources efficiently, ensuring timely material procurement and minimizing wastage

✅ Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline

• 🛠️ 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (preferably commercial, retail, or office environments)

• 📘 Deep understanding of fit-out construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices

• 💬 Strong communication, organization, and on-site problem-solving skills

• ⚡ Ability to thrive under pressure and collaborate within a fast-paced project team

• 📄 Must hold a transferable Kuwaiti residency and a valid Kuwaiti driving license

💡 المهام الوظيفية

• الإشراف اليومي على أعمال التشطيبات، وتنسيق المقاولين والعمال وتوريد المواد

• إجراء فحوصات دورية للتأكد من الالتزام بالمخططات والمعايير والجودة والسلامة

• حل المشكلات في الموقع بسرعة لتجنب التأخير

• تطبيق إجراءات السلامة ومراقبة الجودة بشكل مستمر

• متابعة تقدم المشروع وتوثيق المراحل والتحديات

• المساعدة في مراقبة الميزانية واقتراح طرق لتقليل التكاليف

• تقييم أعمال المقاولين من حيث الكمية والجودة لصرف مستحقاتهم

• التنسيق مع فريق المشروع والموردين والعملاء لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

• إدارة الموارد في الموقع بشكل فعال وضمان توفر المواد وتقليل الهدر

✅ المؤهلات المطلوبة

• 🎓 درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو التصميم الداخلي أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو ما يعادلها

• 🛠️ خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في مشاريع التشطيبات الداخلية (مكاتب، تجارية، محلات)

• 📘 معرفة عميقة بتقنيات وأساليب التشطيب ومواد البناء

• 💬 مهارات تواصل وتنظيم وحل مشكلات ممتازة

• ⚡ القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعاون ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات

• 📄 يشترط وجود إقامة قابلة للتحويل في الكويت ورخصة قيادة كويتية سارية
