🛠️ Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

• Lead brand positioning, market research, and competitor analysis.

• Oversee digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta.

• Coordinate marketing efforts with internal departments and external agencies.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and team performance for marketing projects.

• Optimize CRM tools and track campaign effectiveness.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand strategy.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and CRM systems.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Transferable Visa 18 (only candidates with this status will be considered).

• Valid Kuwait driving license.

🛠️ المهام الوظيفية

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية شاملة.

• قيادة جهود تحديد موقع العلامة التجارية، وبحوث السوق، وتحليل المنافسين.

• الإشراف على الحملات الرقمية على منصات مثل Google Ads وMeta.

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية والوكالات الخارجية في تنفيذ الحملات.

• إدارة الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وأداء الفريق التسويقي.

• استخدام أدوات CRM وتتبع نتائج الحملات.

✅ المتطلبات

• شهادة بكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور قيادي بمجال التسويق.

• معرفة قوية بـ التسويق الرقمي واستراتيجيات العلامة التجارية.

• إجادة استخدام Google Ads ومنصات Meta وأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة المشاريع.

• يشترط توفر إقامة قابلة للتحويل – المادة 18 (لن يُنظر في طلبات غير ذلك).

• رخصة قيادة سارية في الكويت.
