Operation Executive

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure the efficient and effective management of properties. 
• This role focuses on implementing operational strategies, optimizing processes, and supporting the Line Manager to maintain high standards of service delivery. The ultimate goal is to enhance tenant satisfaction, streamline operations, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the properties.

Call Center Agent  

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Identify the needs of customers, provide accurate solutions, and give satisfactory answers to their queries, concerns, and complaints as soon as possible.
• Call URC customers and potential customers whenever needed to inform them about the company’s new products, services, policies, ... etc.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
• Document all customer interactions and tickets in the (CRM) system
• Regularly reviewing and updating the customers information in the (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with the call center supervisor and the other call center agents to improve the customer service.
• Ensure to follow the customers service script provided by the company.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.

Leasing Executive

Responsible for finding new tenants, renewing leases, answering letters, all administration to ensure compliance with lease terms and management of legal issues, and to track financial obligations for all leasing documents in accordance with company policies and Leasing

المسؤوليات

• التعامل مع المكالمات الواردة والصادرة.

• تأكد من اتباع نص خدمة العملاء الذي توفره الشركة.
• الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
