Exciting Opportunity: Payroll Accountant (India-Based Candidates Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for employees

• Ensure adherence to Kuwait labor laws and company policies

• Maintain precise and organized payroll records and reports

• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on salary and benefits

• Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of payroll/accounting experience in a reputed company↚  

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong command of the English language

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة عملية الرواتب كاملة من البداية للنهاية

• ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل الكويتية وسياسات الشركة

• حفظ سجلات وتقارير الرواتب بدقة وتنظيم

• التنسيق مع أقسام الموارد البشرية والمالية بشأن الرواتب والمزايا

• دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية المتعلقة بالرواتب

متطلبات المتقدم

• شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذو صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في شركة مرموقة

• إجادة العمل على برنامج Microsoft Excel↚  

• مستوى عالٍ من الدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
