• In 1963, Dar Al Shifa Hospital (DASH) was established as the first private hospital in the State of Kuwait. Originally, it was a maternity hospital located in Sharq, Kuwait city. Since that time, the hospital became a leading healthcare organization in the region.

• In 2003, shift in location allowed for an increase in both the inpatient beds and the outpatient clinics and eventually boosted the capacity to serve a wider segment of the population.
• Dar Al Shifa Hospital is 230 bedded accredited facility constitutes of inpatient rooms (Imperial, Royal, Junior and Standard), labour rooms, neonatal units, Intensive Care Units, Operation Theatres, Emergency Room, Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory, Outpatient clinics and sub-specialized medical/surgical fields. Also, it has well-equipped ancillary services with the latest technologies.

• Over the last few years, DASH has proved itself as a trustworthy organization in which patient/family-centred care is provided through a competent and diverse team of health care professionals utilizing the latest technology and applying evidence-based practices. Another significant achievement of DASH is attaining recognized international accreditation and awards from Accreditation Canada and the American College of Radiology. Also has been the first in the country to attain of HIMSS 7 certification for inpatient and outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to hospital staff, resolving hardware and software issues

• Collaborate with other departments to support IT needs across the hospital

• Document incidents, maintain service records, and follow IT protocols

الشروط

المسؤوليات

• ضمان عمل الأنظمة والشبكات والطابعات والمعدات الطبية بكفاءة

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لتلبية احتياجاتهم التقنية

• توثيق الحالات وحفظ السجلات الفنية واتباع بروتوكولات الدعم
