Key Responsibility:
- Implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Working closely with clients to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and deliver CRM solutions that drive customer experience, sales, marketing, and
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP functional applications.
Data Center Engineer
Key Responsibility:
- Provide direct technical support for the team in the field of networks and communication systems.
- Monitor all systems continuously.
- Prepare periodic reports (daily and monthly) to follow up on and resolve issues.
- Continuous follow-up on all issues.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Data Center & Core Network for the specific needs of Network Infrastructure and critical business applications.
- Acts as technical lead for cross-functional IT teams, providing assistance and troubleshooting network-related issues.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, etc.
- Responsible for smooth and timely operations and maintenance of the Data Center and Core Network devices.
- Resolve incidents timely & restore services with permanent solutions.
- Monitor network performance & trends, prevent the occurrence of incidents and problems, and improve overall performance by the team.
- Test the disaster recovery site periodically.
- Provide a detailed report of such tests to the superintendent.
- Maintain periodic maintenance for the system (applying patches, software upgrades, etc.) as and when available.

المسؤولية الرئيسية:
- تنفيذ وتكوين وتحسين حلول Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع العملاء لفهم احتياجات العمل وترجمتها إلى متطلبات وظيفية وتقديم حلول إدارة علاقات العملاء التي تعمل على تحسين تجربة العملاء والمبيعات والتسويق
- التواصل مع فرق متعددة والمساهمة في اتخاذ القرارات الرئيسية.
- تقديم حلول للمشاكل لفريقهم المباشر وعبر فرق متعددة.
- قيادة الجهود لتصميم وبناء وتكوين تطبيقات Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP الوظيفية.
مهندس مركز البيانات
المسؤولية الرئيسية:
- تقديم الدعم الفني المباشر للفريق في مجال الشبكات وأنظمة الاتصالات.
- مراقبة كافة الأنظمة بشكل مستمر.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية (اليومية والشهرية) لمتابعة المشكلات وحلها.
- المتابعة المستمرة لكافة القضايا.
- حل المشاكل بسرعة وباحترافية.
- إدارة العمليات اليومية لمركز البيانات والشبكة الأساسية لتلبية الاحتياجات المحددة للبنية الأساسية للشبكة وتطبيقات الأعمال الهامة.
- يعمل كقائد فني لفرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات متعددة الوظائف، وتقديم المساعدة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها فيما يتعلق بالمشكلات المتعلقة بالشبكة.
- تثبيت وتكوين واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح أجهزة الشبكة مثل المفاتيح وأجهزة التوجيه وجدران الحماية وما إلى ذلك.
- المسؤول عن التشغيل السلس وفي الوقت المناسب وصيانة أجهزة مركز البيانات والشبكة الأساسية.
