Responsibilities

• Workshop Governance: (Workshop Manager) Oversee daily fabrication activities, ensuring all stainless steel work aligns with rigorous project specifications and KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) standards.

• Technical Supervision: (Workshop Manager) Lead a multidisciplinary team of welders and fabricators, reviewing technical drawings and optimizing production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

• Logistical Precision: (Drivers) Safely transport industrial materials, heavy equipment, and personnel to project sites across Kuwait, adhering strictly to national traffic regulations and company safety protocols.

• Quality & Safety Stewardship: Maintain high standards of quality control and HSE compliance within the workshop and during transit. Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain equipment integrity.

• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and site management teams to streamline delivery schedules and workshop productivity.

Requirements

• Professional Experience:

  • Workshop Manager: Minimum 8+ years in a stainless steel fabrication environment; prior KOC project experience is a significant advantage.

  • Drivers: Minimum 2–5 years of professional driving experience within Kuwait, preferably transporting construction or mechanical equipment.

• Education & Licensing:

  • Workshop Manager: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Drivers: Must possess a valid Kuwaiti Heavy or Light Driving License.

• Technical Mastery: (Manager) Expert knowledge of welding processes (TIG, MIG, ARC) and workshop production control systems.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, punctual work ethic, and basic communication skills in English or Arabic.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait.

إدارة التصنيع والورش

• مدير ورشة ستانلس ستيل (موقع أمغرة)

الدعم اللوجستي والميداني

• سائق ثقيل

المسؤوليات

• حوكمة الورشة: (مدير الورشة) الإشراف على أنشطة التصنيع اليومية، وضمان مطابقة كافة أعمال الستانلس ستيل للمواصفات الفنية ومعايير شركة نفط الكويت (KOC).

• الإشراف الفني: (مدير الورشة) قيادة فريق من اللحامين والفنيين، ومراجعة المخططات الهندسية، وتحسين جداول الإنتاج لضمان تسليم المشاريع في مواعيدها.

• الدقة اللوجستية: (السائقين) نقل المواد الصناعية والمعدات الثقيلة والموظفين إلى مواقع المشاريع في كافة أنحاء الكويت، مع الالتزام التام بقوانين المرور وبروتوكولات السلامة.

• إدارة الجودة والسلامة: الحفاظ على معايير صارمة لمراقبة الجودة والامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) داخل الورشة وأثناء النقل.

• التنسيق التشغيلي: التعاون مع فرق المستودعات واللوجستيات وإدارة الموقع لتنظيم جداول التسليم ورفع إنتاجية الورشة.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية:

  • مدير الورشة: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في ورش تصنيع الستانلس ستيل؛ وتعتبر الخبرة في مشاريع شركة نفط الكويت ميزة إضافية كبيرة.

  • السائقين: خبرة قيادة داخل الكويت تتراوح بين 2 إلى 5 سنوات، ويفضل من لديه خبرة في نقل المعدات الإنشائية أو الميكانيكية.

• المؤهلات والرخص:

  • مدير الورشة: دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.

  • السائقين: يجب حمل رخصة قيادة كويتية (ثقيلة أو خفيفة) سارية المفعول.

• الإتقان التقني: (للمدير) معرفة عميقة بعمليات اللحام (TIG, MIG, ARC) وأنظمة التحكم في إنتاج الورش.

• السمات الشخصية: قدرات قيادية قوية، انضباط في المواعيد، ومهارات تواصل أساسية باللغتين العربية أو الإنجليزية.
