Responsibilities

• High-Precision Welding: (6G Welders) Execute high-quality structural and pipeline welding in all positions, ensuring 100% adherence to project specifications and X-ray quality standards.

• Technical Fabrication: (Pipe Fabricators) Interpret isometric drawings to cut, fit, and assemble piping systems with absolute precision for complex oil and gas installations.

• Surface Preparation: (Grinders) Perform rigorous grinding and surface cleaning to prepare joints for welding and ensure the smooth finishing of industrial components.

• Protective Coating: (Spray Painters) Apply industrial-grade coatings and paints to protect infrastructure from corrosion, maintaining uniform thickness and high-quality finishes.

• Operational Safety: Strictly follow HSE protocols and site-specific safety regulations to maintain a zero-incident work environment during all fabrication and site activities.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven field experience specifically within the Oil & Gas or heavy construction sectors.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery of 6G welding techniques, pipe fitting blueprints, or specialized industrial coating applications.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait (local hiring).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional discipline, a proactive approach to site safety, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary technical team.

المسؤوليات

• اللحام عالي الدقة: (لحامين 6G) تنفيذ أعمال لحام الهياكل والأنابيب في كافة الأوضاع، مع ضمان الالتزام التام بمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة (X-ray quality).

• التصنيع الفني: (فني فبركة أنابيب) قراءة وتفسير المخططات الأيزومترية لقطع وتركيب وتجميع أنظمة الأنابيب بدقة متناهية للمنشآت النفطية المعقدة.

• تجهيز الأسطح: (عمال التجليخ) القيام بأعمال التجليخ وتنظيف الأسطح لتجهيز الوصلات للحام وضمان التشطيب السلس للمكونات الصناعية.

• الطلاء الوقائي: (صباغين الرش) تطبيق الطلاءات الصناعية لحماية البنية التحتية من التآكل، مع الحفاظ على سماكة موحدة وجودة نهائية عالية.

• السلامة التشغيلية: الاتباع الصارم لبروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) لضمان بيئة عمل خالية من الحوادث أثناء كافة أنشطة الموقع.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة عملية مثبتة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات حصرياً في قطاع النفط والغاز أو الإنشاءات الثقيلة.

• الإتقان التقني: مهارة مثبتة في تقنيات لحام 6G، أو قراءة مخططات الأنابيب، أو تطبيقات الطلاء الصناعي المتخصصة.

• الموقع: التوظيف محلي للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.

• السمات الشخصية: انضباط استثنائي، نهج استباقي تجاه سلامة الموقع، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق فني.
