Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: (Medical Staff) Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and nursing care, ensuring all treatments align with Kuwait MOH standards and patient recovery protocols.

• Guest Experience Governance: (GRO/Senior GRO) Serve as the professional face of the facility, managing patient interactions with bilingual proficiency and professional empathy within a healthcare context.

• Environmental Integrity: (Housekeeping Supervisor) Oversee rigorous sanitation and maintenance protocols to ensure a sterile and welcoming environment across all clinical and recreational zones.

• Therapeutic Safety: (Lifeguard) Maintain vigilant supervision of aquatic therapy areas, ensuring the safety of all patients and guests while maintaining active CPR and Lifeguard certifications.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments to provide a holistic and efficient patient journey from reception to recovery.

Requirements

• Professional Licensing: Clinical roles (Nurse, PT, Hydro, EP) must possess a valid and active Kuwait MOH License.

• Specialized Certification: (Lifeguard) Valid Lifeguard Training and CPR certifications are mandatory.

• Professional Experience:

  • GRO Roles: Minimum 2–5 years of specific Healthcare experience and full Bilingual (Arabic/English) proficiency.

  • Supervisory: Minimum 5 years of industrial housekeeping experience within a medical facility.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong reporting abilities, and a disciplined approach to patient safety.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait (Local hiring).

• حوكمة تجربة الضيوف: (مسؤولي علاقات الضيوف) القيام بدور الواجهة المهنية للمركز، وإدارة تفاعلات المرضى بإتقان للغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

• النزاهة البيئية: (مشرف التدبير المنزلي) الإشراف على بروتوكولات التعقيم والصيانة الصارمة لضمان بيئة صحية وآمنة في كافة مرافق المركز.

• السلامة العلاجية: (المنقذ) الحفاظ على مراقبة يقظة لمناطق العلاج المائي، وضمان سلامة المرضى مع الحفاظ على شهادات الإنقاذ والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) سارية.

المتطلبات

• الترخيص المهني: الوظائف الطبية تتطلب ترخيصاً ساري المفعول من وزارة الصحة الكويتية (MOH).

• الشهادات التخصصية: (المنقذ) شهادة تدريب منقذين وشهادة CPR سارية المفعول.

• الخبرة المهنية:

  • علاقات الضيوف: خبرة 2-5 سنوات في القطاع الصحي مع إتقان تام للغتين.

  • الإشراف: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع التنظيف والتدبير المنزلي داخل المنشآت الطبية.

• الموقع: التوظيف محلي للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت حالياً.
