Responsibilities

• Human Capital Leadership: Manage and mentor restaurant staff and shift leaders, overseeing professional scheduling, attendance tracking, and continuous service training.

• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements.

• Supply Chain Oversight: Maintain precise inventory control and stock management protocols to ensure consistent availability and minimize wastage.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Branch Manager or Restaurant Manager specifically within the F&B industry.

• قيادة الكوادر البشرية: إدارة وتوجيه طاقم المطعم ورؤساء النوبات، والإشراف على جداول العمل، وتتبع الحضور، والتدريب المستمر على فنون الخدمة.

• الإدارة المالية: مراقبة أداء مبيعات الفرع وتنفيذ تدابير صارمة لضبط التكاليف لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الربحية التشغيلية.

• الامتثال والسلامة: فرض الالتزام الصارم بمعايير سلامة الأغذية والنظافة العامة، وضمان المطابقة التامة للمتطلبات الرقابية المحلية.

• إدارة تجربة الضيوف: التعامل الاستباقي مع ملاحظات العملاء وحل المشكلات التشغيلية المعقدة للحفاظ على سمعة المجموعة المتميزة.

• الإشراف على التوريد: الحفاظ على بروتوكولات دقيقة للتحكم في المخزون لضمان توفر المنتجات وتقليل الهدر.
