Excellence in Smart Integration: Project Engineer for AV & Low Voltage Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Project Engineer to lead the execution of specialized Audio Visual (AV) and Low Voltage projects. This role is designed for an engineer who excels in bridging the gap between complex technical design and flawless site execution, ensuring that integrated systems—from Home Automation to advanced security—operate with absolute precision and reliability.

Available Positions

• Project Engineer (AV & Low Voltage Systems)

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Project Management: Lead end-to-end execution of AV and Low Voltage projects, including Home Automation, CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, and Structured Cabling.

• Technical Oversight: Review engineering drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

• Site Leadership: Supervise on-site installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed according to schedule and to the highest quality benchmarks.

• System Commissioning: Personally oversee system testing, final commissioning, and the professional handover of documentation to the client.

• Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal technical departments.

• Reporting & Governance: Prepare detailed project schedules, progress reports, and comprehensive documentation while monitoring material procurement and inventory planning.

• Multi-Stage Support: Provide critical technical insights during both pre-sales consultations and post-installation support phases.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience specifically within Audio Visual & Low Voltage systems.

• Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of Home Automation, CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and integrated ELV systems.

• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and modify complex technical drawings and blueprints.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional project coordination abilities, strong communication skills, and a disciplined approach to time management.

• Brand Exposure: Prior experience working with leading international AV/ELV brands will be considered a significant advantage.

• التقارير والحوكمة: إعداد جداول المشاريع، وتقارير الإنجاز، والتوثيق الشامل مع مراقبة توريد المواد وتخطيط المخزون.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، هندسة الإلكترونيات، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.

• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة عملية مثبتة تتراوح بين سنة إلى 3 سنوات في أنظمة AV & Low Voltage.

• الإتقان التقني: معرفة قوية بأنظمة الأتمتة المنزلية (Home Automation)، وكاميرات المراقبة (CCTV)، وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول، والشبكات.
