Sales Coordinator – Tendering Department (Kuwait)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales and tendering team in preparing quotations and proposals

• Coordinate RFQs, tender documentation, and bid submissions

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records

• Manage CRM data and sales reports

• Communicate with suppliers and clients for quotations and follow-ups

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales coordination or tendering in Kuwait

• Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial / Engineering trading companies preferred

• Strong skills in Excel, documentation, and communication

• Ability to handle multiple RFQs and deadlines

منسق مبيعات – قسم العطاءات، الكويت

المهام الرئيسية:

• دعم فريق المبيعات والعطاءات في إعداد العروض التجارية والفنية

• تنسيق طلبات العروض، الوثائق، وتقديم العطاءات

• معالجة طلبات العملاء والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة

• إدارة بيانات CRM وتقارير المبيعات

• التواصل مع الموردين والعملاء للعرض والمتابعة

• تقديم الدعم الإداري والتنسيقي لفريق المبيعات

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في الكويت في تنسيق المبيعات أو العطاءات

• يفضل الخبرة في شركات النفط والغاز / الصناعات / التجارة الهندسية

• مهارات قوية في Excel، التوثيق، والتواصل

• القدرة على التعامل مع عدة طلبات عروض ومواعيد نهائية
