Responsibilities

• Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and comprehensive supporting documentation.

• Fiscal Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist in the strategic preparation of official financial statements.

• Accounts Control: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and meticulous reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts.

• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately captured in the accounting system.

• Budgetary Support: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, while monitoring actual performance against established budgets.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to local financial regulations, company policies, and international accounting standards.

• Closing Processes: Support month-end and year-end closing cycles, including journal entries and detailed account reconciliations.

• Audit Documentation: Maintain highly organized accounting files and records to ensure readiness for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or a related degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of proven accounting experience.

• Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and high proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Residency & Visa: Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18).

• Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who are immediately available to join.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across internal departments.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس تجارة (B.Com) أو أي تخصص ذي صلة في التمويل أو المحاسبة.
