• Glass Production Machines Technician (Tempered Glass Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage and operate specialized tempered glass production machinery, ensuring all output meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

• Technical Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on tempering furnaces and associated production line equipment.

• Fault Diagnosis: Rapidly identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical machine faults to minimize production downtime.

• Process Optimization: Monitor production line performance and suggest technical adjustments to enhance efficiency and product integrity.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict industrial safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of tempered glass machines.

• الصيانة الفنية: إجراء الصيانة الدورية والوقائية لأفران التقسية ومعدات خطوط الإنتاج المرتبطة بها.

• تشخيص الأعطال: التحديد السريع للأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية في الماكينات وتصنيعها وإصلاحها لتقليل وقت توقف الإنتاج.

• تحسين العمليات: مراقبة أداء خطوط الإنتاج واقتراح تعديلات فنية لتعزيز الكفاءة وسلامة المنتج.

• السلامة والامتثال: الالتزام الصارم ببروتوكولات السلامة الصناعية لضمان بيئة تصنيع خالية من المخاطر.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة الفنية: خبرة مثبتة في تشغيل وصيانة ماكينات الزجاج السيكوريت.
