Responsibilities

• Technical Project Oversight: Lead the execution of complex electrical construction activities, ensuring all installations strictly adhere to project specifications and international engineering standards.

• Standards & Compliance: Ensure all electrical works are fully compliant with KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) and KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company) technical regulations and safety protocols.

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical power systems, substations, and industrial cabling within refinery and field environments.

• Site Leadership: Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors, troubleshooting complex electrical engineering challenges to maintain project timelines.

• Safety & Quality Governance: Enforce rigorous HSE policies and quality control measures to ensure a zero-incident work environment and superior technical output.

• Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and consultants regarding electrical engineering deliverables.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience specifically within Oil & Gas Construction projects.

• Mandatory Approvals: Must hold valid and active KOC and/or KNPC approvals as an Electrical Engineer.

• Licensing: A valid Kuwaiti driving license is mandatory for this role.

• Residency Status: Must hold a transferable residency (Article 18) within the State of Kuwait.

• الالتزام بالمعايير: ضمان مطابقة كافة الأعمال الكهربائية للوائح الفنية وبروتوكولات السلامة الخاصة بـ شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) وشركة البترول الوطنية الكويتية (KNPC).

• إدارة البنية التحتية: الإشراف على تركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة الطاقة الكهربائية، والمحطات الفرعية، والكابلات الصناعية في بيئات المصافي والحقول.

• القيادة الميدانية: تقديم التوجيه الفني لفرق الموقع والمقاولين، وحل التحديات الهندسية المعقدة للحفاظ على الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع.

• حوكمة السلامة والجودة: إنفاذ سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الصارمة لضمان بيئة عمل خالية من الحوادث ومخرجات فنية متفوقة.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة عملية مثبتة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات حصرياً في مشاريع إنشاءات النفط والغاز.

• الاعتمادات الإلزامية: يجب حمل اعتماد ساري المفعول من KOC و/أو KNPC كمهندس كهرباء.

• الرخصة: امتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية أمر إلزامي لهذا الدور.

• الوضع الرعوي: يجب أن تكون الإقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) داخل دولة الكويت.
