Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded with precision.
Prepare comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports tailored for engineering consultancy operations.
Handle payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with high attention to detail.
Ensure full compliance with Kuwaiti financial laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
Coordinate with project managers to track budgets, expenses, and financial milestones for engineering projects.
Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
A minimum of 10 years of solid accounting experience specifically within Kuwait.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is mandatory.
Proven experience working within an engineering office or a similar consultancy environment is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a professional atmosphere.

إدارة كشوف المرتبات، الحسابات الدائنة، والحسابات المدينة مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.
ضمان الامتثال الكامل للقوانين المالية الكويتية، واللوائح الضريبية، ومعايير المحاسبة المعتمدة.
التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع لتتبع الميزانيات، المصروفات، والتدفقات المالية للمشاريع الهندسية.
إعداد تحليلات مالية وتقارير تفصيلية لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرار من قبل الإدارة العليا.
المتطلبات
درجة جامعية في المحاسبة أو التمويل.
خبرة قوية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة داخل دولة الكويت حصراً.
إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة) بطلاقة.
يفضل بشدة من لديهم خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى مكاتب هندسية أو بيئات استشارية مماثلة.
إتقان متقدم للبرامج المحاسبية وأدوات الإدارة المالية.
مهارات تحليلية قوية والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة احترافية.
