Responsibilities

• Commissioning & Integration: Handling Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia wireless equipment (2G to 5G) and Microwave (MW) links.

• Technical Testing: Conducting VSWR Sweep tests, alarm troubleshooting, and DC Power System (Rectifier) installation and testing.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensuring sites meet global standards, conducting quality checks before PAT, and performing MW Transmission Surveys (LOS).

• Documentation & Reporting: Preparing TSSR/FSSR and BOQ, managing Installation Quality Documents, and maintaining trackers according to client requirements.

• Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Managing implementation teams and maintaining strong technical relationships with customer engineers and project managers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering.

• Certification: Must possess a valid Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) card.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the telecom field.

• Nationality: Open to Indian or Pakistani nationals only.

• Residency: Must hold a Local Kuwait Transferable Residency (Article 18).↚

المسئوليات

• التشغيل والدمج: التعامل مع معدات هواوي، إريكسون، ونوكيا للشبكات اللاسلكية (من 2G حتى 5G) ووصلات الميكروويف (MW).

• الاختبارات الفنية: إجراء اختبارات VSWR، ومعالجة الإنذارات والأعطال، وتركيب واختبار أنظمة طاقة التيار المستمر (Rectifier).

• الجودة والامتثال: ضمان مطابقة المواقع للمعايير العالمية، وإجراء فحص الجودة قبل الاستلام الابتدائي (PAT)، وإجراء مسوحات الإرسال (LOS).

• التوثيق والتقارير: إعداد مستندات FSSR/TSSR وجداول الكميات (BOQ)، وإدارة وثائق جودة التركيب، وإعداد التقارير الفنية للعملاء.

• التنسيق القيادي: إدارة فرق التنفيذ الميدانية، والتنسيق مع مديري المشاريع، وبناء علاقات تقنية قوية مع مهندسي العميل.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل: بكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات أو الهندسة الكهربائية.

• الاعتماد: يجب الحصول على عضوية جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE).

• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال.

• الجنسية: للمرشحين من الجنسية الهندية أو الباكستانية فقط.

• الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة كويتية قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).

• الالتحاق: الأولوية لمن لديه القدرة على مباشرة العمل فوراً.
