Responsibilities

• Sr. Quantity Surveyor: Conducting precise quantity take-offs, comparing drawings with BOQ, managing subcontract offers, and preparing comprehensive cost summaries and tender submission documents.

• Contract Engineer: Analyzing price structures (labor, material, equipment), preparing robust contract and subcontract agreements to protect company rights, and developing technical offers including method statements and HSE plans.

• Tendering Engineer: Preparing competitive commercial proposals, clarifying technical queries with clients, forecasting financial outcomes, and collaborating with construction teams to optimize costs while maintaining quality.

• MEP Engineer: Overseeing complete electro-mechanical works including solar systems, reviewing contractual data during the tendering stage, and coordinating with subcontractors to integrate total project costs.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.

• Experience: Proven professional experience in the specific role applied for within the construction industry.

• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read architectural/structural drawings, proficiency in cost estimation software, and excellent analytical reporting skills.↚

• Location: Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency (Local hiring).

• Availability: Ready to contribute to active and upcoming project cycles.

المسئوليات

• كبير مساحي كميات (Sr. QS): إجراء حصر دقيق للكميات، مقارنة المخططات بجداول الكميات (BOQ)، إدارة عروض المقاولين الباطن، وإعداد ملخصات التكلفة ومستندات العطاءات.

• مهندس عقود: تحليل هياكل الأسعار (عمالة، مواد، معدات)، إعداد اتفاقيات العقود لضمان حقوق الشركة، وتطوير العروض الفنية التي تشمل خطط السلامة (HSE) وطرق التنفيذ.

• مهندس مناقصات: إعداد المقترحات التجارية التنافسية، توضيح الاستفسارات الفنية مع العملاء، توقع النتائج المالية، والتعاون مع فريق التنفيذ لتحسين التكاليف مع الحفاظ على الجودة.

• مهندس MEP: المسؤولية الكاملة عن الأعمال الكهروميكانيكية بما في ذلك أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية، مراجعة مستندات العقود الجديدة، والتنسيق مع الموردين لدمج إجمالي تكاليف المشروع.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (مدني، ميكانيك، كهرباء) أو مجال ذي صلة.

• الخبرة: خبرة عملية مثبتة في نفس التخصص ضمن قطاع المقاولات والإنشاءات.

• المهارات الفنية: قدرة قوية على قراءة المخططات المعمارية والإنشائية، وإتقان برامج تقدير التكاليف، ومهارات إعداد التقارير التحليلية.

• التواجد: الإقامة الحالية في دولة الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
