Responsibilities
Property Maintenance Administrator: Coordinating maintenance requests, managing service schedules, and maintaining accurate records of property upkeep and contractor communications.
Marketing Officer: Developing creative marketing campaigns, managing digital presence, and implementing strategies to enhance property visibility and brand reach.
Maintenance Supervisor: Overseeing on-site maintenance teams, inspecting property conditions, and ensuring all repairs and technical tasks meet high-quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in the specific field of application, preferably within the real estate or facilities management sector.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and team members.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.↚

المسئوليات
إداري صيانة عقارات: تنسيق طلبات الصيانة، إدارة جداول المواعيد، والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لأعمال صيانة العقارات والتواصل مع المقاولين.
موظف تسويق: تطوير حملات تسويقية إبداعية، إدارة الحضور الرقمي، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتعزيز رؤية العقارات وانتشار العلامة التجارية.
مشرف صيانة: الإشراف على فرق الصيانة الميدانية، فحص حالة العقارات، وضمان تنفيذ جميع الإصلاحات والمهام الفنية وفقاً لمعايير الجودة العالية.
المتطلبات
خبرة مثبتة في مجال التخصص، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع العقارات أو إدارة المرافق.
