We are seeking a senior legal counsel with extensive experience in litigation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in litigation matters, and contribute to our strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance on a range of litigation matters.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff for effective case management.
- Mentor junior attorneys and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of litigation experience.
- Proven track record in managing complex cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
