Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee content creation, digital marketing, advertising, and social media efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and enhance the company’s brand presence across various channels.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Team Leader, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and social media strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).

- معرفة قوية بالتسويق الرقمي، تحسين محركات البحث، إنشاء المحتوى، واستراتيجيات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- مهارات قيادية، واتصالية، وإدارة مشاريع ممتازة.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ قرارات قائمة على البيانات.
- إبداع وقدرة على التفكير استراتيجيًا.
- إتقان اللغة العربية (مفضل).
