Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Guest Environment Expert), your role goes beyond simply providing clean rooms and freshly made beds. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks, including cleaning rooms, public areas, and fulfilling guest requests.
- Stock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are readily available.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel.
- Work independently to maintain and improve the guest experience by keeping all areas clean and organized.
- Ensure safety, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance, communication, and behavior at all times.
- Handle tasks that require physical activity such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
- Comfortable with manual tasks like moving or lifting objects.
- Ability to perform duties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Compliance with hotel standards, including uniform and grooming policies.
