Job Overview:
Serb Fashion Company is seeking a
Public Relations Officer (Mandoob) who will be responsible for handling all government-related tasks, including work permits, visas, and ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws. The ideal candidate will have experience working with government procedures and maintaining confidentiality while keeping the company compliant with legal and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas, and other legal documents at the social affairs office.
- Prepare online applications for immigration in compliance with government laws and regulations.
- Follow up on residence renewals in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel for visas, passports, IDs, and other important documents.
- Stay updated on new laws or regulations issued by the government and communicate these changes within the company.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of employee and company records.
- Ensure the company is compliant with Kuwait labor laws.
- Handle the delivery and receipt of cash, cheques, and other documents from and to local banks.
- Ensure timely hand delivery of important department mails and documents to relevant companies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Kuwait labor law and immigration procedures.
- Strong understanding of Kuwait legal regulations and ministry rules and requirements.
- Proficiency in using government online portals for processing applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
- Familiarity with locations of ministerial offices and local banks.
- Candidates must be local residents with a valid and transferable visa.

مسؤول علاقات عامة (مندوب) للقيام بجميع المهام المتعلقة بالحكومة، بما في ذلك تصاريح العمل والتأشيرات وضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل الكويتية. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة في الإجراءات الحكومية والقدرة على الحفاظ على السرية والامتثال للقوانين واللوائح القانونية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد ومعالجة طلبات تصاريح العمل والتأشيرات والوثائق القانونية الأخرى في مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية.
- إعداد الطلبات الإلكترونية الخاصة بالهجرة بما يتوافق مع قوانين ولوائح الحكومة.
- متابعة تجديد الإقامات في الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للموظفين تشمل التأشيرات، وجوازات السفر، والهويات، وغيرها من الوثائق الهامة.
- متابعة جميع القوانين أو القواعد الجديدة الصادرة عن الحكومة وتبليغها داخل الشركة.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة لسجلات الموظفين والشركة.
- التأكد من امتثال الشركة لقوانين العمل الكويتية.
- تسليم واستلام النقود والشيكات والوثائق الأخرى من وإلى البنوك المحلية بشكل فوري.
- تسليم البريد والوثائق الهامة الخاصة بالإدارات للشركات المعنية في الوقت المناسب.
المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
- معرفة جيدة بقانون العمل الكويتي وإجراءات الهجرة.
- فهم عميق للوائح والقوانين الكويتية، ومتطلبات الوزارات.
- إتقان استخدام البوابات الإلكترونية الحكومية لتقديم الطلبات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابةً وشفهياً).
- إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office وخاصةً Word وExcel.
- يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم رخصة قيادة سارية ويمتلك سيارة.
- معرفة جيدة بمواقع المكاتب الوزارية والبنوك المحلية.
- أن يكون المرشح من المقيمين المحليين ولديه تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل.
