About the Job:
WIYAK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Business Development team as a Senior Business Development Specialist. This role is responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within our B2B segment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research market trends to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's reach.
- Develop strategies to enter new markets and achieve company growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across various industries (banks, airlines, hotels, etc.).
- Negotiate and secure business partnerships.
- Create proposals and presentations to attract clients and partners.
- Collaborate with management and other teams to ensure strategies align with company goals and client needs are met.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and provide insights to senior management.
- Track and report on business development activities and growth progress.
- Engage with clients to identify growth opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
- Continuously seek feedback to optimize business processes and improve strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
- 4-5 years of business development experience.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and/or Canva.
- Attention to detail.

- إنشاء مقترحات وعروض لجذب العملاء والشركاء.
- التعاون مع الإدارة والفرق الأخرى لضمان توافق الاستراتيجيات مع أهداف الشركة وتلبية احتياجات العملاء.
- مراقبة اتجاهات الصناعة، ونشاط المنافسين، وتقديم رؤى للإدارة العليا.
- تتبع والإبلاغ عن أنشطة تطوير الأعمال وتقدم النمو.
- التفاعل مع العملاء لتحديد فرص النمو وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية.
- البحث باستمرار عن تعليقات لتحسين العمليات التجارية وتحسين الاستراتيجيات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وإصدار تقارير.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة بكاليوس في التسويق أو الأعمال.
- 4-5 سنوات من خبرة تطوير الأعمال.
- إتقان ممتاز في Microsoft Office، وخصوصًا PowerPoint و/أو Canva.
