Position: All Day Dining - Assistant Server
What You Will Do:
- Describe food and beverage items to guests, providing interesting and vivid details about each dish.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen, ensuring special requests are met.
- Serve food to guest tables in a timely manner to maintain food quality.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
- Set up and clean tables, buffets, and food stations, as well as back-of-house areas.
- Restock linens, china, silverware, and other dining essentials.
- Complete side work and prepare tables to standard before each shift.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star luxury hotel.
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Active listening skills and a guest-centric approach.
