About the Job: Join Worley as a Construction Supervisor as part of our team extending the management of the Kuwait Environmental Remediation Program (KERP) for another five years. With millions of square meters of land cleared from contamination and millions of tons of waste remediated, we are at the forefront of environmental restoration.
Primary Objective: Develop and manage construction and completions capability across PMC (Project Management Consultancy) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure contractors comply with the Worksite HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) Plan, policies, and site regulations.
- Supervise construction contractors to ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and procedures.
- Provide leadership to ensure work meets productivity, quality, and contract target completions.
- Monitor contractor activities, ensuring safe working conditions and adequate supervision.
- Review contractor scope to ensure proper interpretation of drawings and compliance with specifications.
- Issue Field Instructions for changes and review Site Queries to ensure appropriate responses.
- Ensure the correct use of construction materials and that special fixtures are stored and available as required.
- Maintain best practice working relationships with Worley, customers, and contractors.
- Attend contractor progress meetings as required.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Diploma in Engineering from a recognized Technical Institute.
- Experience managing large oil & gas projects.
- Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing experience.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Relevant diploma and experience in large-size oil and gas projects.

- الإشراف على المقاولين للتأكد من التزامهم بالرسومات والمواصفات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- تقديم القيادة لضمان أن العمل يلبي متطلبات الإنتاجية والجودة والأهداف العقدية.
- مراقبة أنشطة المقاولين لضمان ظروف عمل آمنة وإشراف كافٍ.
- مراجعة نطاق المقاول لضمان التفسير الصحيح للرسومات والالتزام بالمواصفات.
- إصدار تعليمات ميدانية للتغييرات ومراجعة استفسارات الموقع لضمان استجابات مناسبة.
- التأكد من الاستخدام الصحيح للمواد والبنود الخاصة والتأكد من تخزينها وتوفرها حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على علاقات عمل أفضل بين وورلي والعملاء والمقاولين.
- حضور اجتماعات تقدم المقاول حسب الحاجة.
المهارات / الخبرة الأساسية:
- دبلوم في الهندسة من معهد فني معترف به.
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبيرة.
- خبرة في ما قبل التشغيل، التشغيل التجريبي، واختبارات الأداء.
