- Managing IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising performance.
- Developing IT strategies and services in line with the organization's overall strategy and objectives.
- Designing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures.
- Protecting and backing up vital company information using digital management tools and servers.
- Acting as a point of escalation for key stakeholders, resolving issues, and following up on complaints or inquiries.
- Evaluating current IT capabilities against potential threats and technological developments, maintaining IT security according to established procedures and standards.
- Ensuring adequate data backup solutions and secured disaster recovery procedures for operational continuity.
- Implementing security solutions for emails and endpoint protection against phishing and spam.
- Managing security systems such as firewalls, VPNs, and data protection controls to safeguard the network against cyber threats.
- Conducting monthly training for IT team members on cybersecurity and Office 365 email systems.
- Providing all staff with relevant security training and reminders, and taking corrective action when security protocols are breached.
- Ensuring scheduled audits are conducted to stay updated on the latest security threats.
- Holding third-party service providers to the same security standards as internal users.
- Serving as a point of contact for high-risk vulnerabilities and making decisions about informing senior management of emerging threats.
Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Proficient in network administration, communication, and installation.
- Technical degree in IT from a reputable institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey key messages effectively.
- Impeccable command of networking and soft skills to maximize team productivity.

- كفاءة في إدارة الشبكات والتواصل والتثبيت.
