Associate RSD/RST Officer
- Capacity building of national staff on RSD/RST processing and protection identification (considering claims related to sexual orientation or gender identity, sexual and gender-based violence, child protection, mental health issues, detention cases, etc.).
- Review of RSD assessments and strengthening of existing processing procedures.
- Undertake RST interviews, draft RRFs, update SOPs, and work on processing complex cases.
- Serve as the focal person for complementary pathways, assist in shaping the CP programme, identify candidates, provide counseling, follow up on their applications, and finalize their departure formalities.

- بناء قدرات الموظفين الوطنيين في معالجة رصد وتحديد وضع اللاجئين وتحديد الحماية (مع مراعاة المطالبات المتعلقة بالميول الجنسية أو الهوية الجنسانية، العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، حماية الأطفال، مشكلات الصحة العقلية، حالات الاحتجاز، إلخ).
- مراجعة تقييمات رصد وضع اللاجئين وتعزيز إجراءات المعالجة الحالية.
- إجراء مقابلات رصد وضع اللاجئين، وصياغة تقارير التوصيف، وتحديث إجراءات العمل القياسية، والعمل على معالجة الحالات المعقدة.
- أن يكون الشخص المرجعي للمسارات التكميلية، المساعدة في تشكيل برنامج الحماية، تحديد المرشحين، تقديم الاستشارات، متابعة طلباتهم، وإنهاء إجراءات مغادرتهم.
