Role & Responsibilities

1. Customer Assistance:

2. Product Knowledge:

• · Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive spare parts, including their features, compatibility, and usage.

3. Inventory Management:

• · Monitor inventory levels in the showroom and communicate restocking needs to the inventory team.
• · Assist with regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.

4. Sales and Upselling:

الدور والمسؤوليات

1. مساعدة العملاء:

• · استقبال العملاء بحرارة ومساعدتهم في تحديد احتياجاتهم من قطع غيار السيارات.
• · الاستماع باهتمام إلى استفسارات العملاء وتقديم معلومات مفصلة حول المنتجات المتوفرة.
• · تقديم التوصيات والبدائل عند الضرورة لتلبية متطلبات العملاء.

2. معرفة المنتج:

• · تطوير والحفاظ على المعرفة العميقة بقطع غيار السيارات، بما في ذلك ميزاتها وتوافقها واستخداماتها.
• · البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات صناعة السيارات وعروض المنتجات.

3. إدارة المخزون:

• · مراقبة مستويات المخزون في صالة العرض وإبلاغ فريق المخزون باحتياجات إعادة التخزين.
• · المساعدة في عمليات فحص المخزون والتدقيق المنتظمة لضمان الدقة.

4. المبيعات والبيع الإضافي:
