• التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة من القطاعين العام والخاص لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع ومعالمه.
• تطوير وإدارة خطط المشروع التفصيلية والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات واستراتيجيات التخفيف من المخاطر
• الإشراف على أداء المشروع وتقدمه، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب الحاجة.
