Are you a results-driven professional with a background in operations and key account management? A well-known electronics group in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations while maintaining strong relationships with key clients. If you have leadership experience and a passion for operational excellence — this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

• Act as the main liaison for key accounts, maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction.

• Supervise and support operational teams, ensuring KPI targets are met.

• Coordinate between departments to streamline logistics, warehousing, and retail processes.

• Identify operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and contribute to strategic planning.

• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on performance and opportunities.

Requirements

• Arab nationality is mandatory.

• Proven experience in operations management and key account supervision.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.↚ 

• Prior experience in electronics or consumer goods sector is preferred.

• Based in Kuwait with valid transferable residency.

المسئوليات

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وضمان الكفاءة وجودة الخدمة عبر الأقسام.

• العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية مع الحسابات الكبرى وضمان رضا العملاء.

• قيادة الفرق التشغيلية ومتابعة تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء المطلوبة.

• التنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة (اللوجستيات، المخازن، التجزئة) لتسهيل سير العمل.

• تحديد التحديات التشغيلية واقتراح حلول فعالة مبنية على التحليل.

• مراقبة الميزانيات والمساهمة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي.

• تقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا حول الأداء والفرص.

المتطلبات

• يشترط أن يكون المتقدم من الجنسيات العربية.

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العمليات والإشراف على الحسابات الرئيسية.

• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتنسيق بين الفرق.↚ 

• القدرة على إدارة المهام المتعددة في بيئة ديناميكية (توزيع / تجزئة).

• إجادة التواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

• يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في قطاع الإلكترونيات أو السلع الاستهلاكية.

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في الكويت ويحمل إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
