🎯 Requirements

• Track tender statuses, resolve any discrepancies, and streamline CMS interactions

• تنسيق جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بـ المناقصات مع الالتزام بالسياسات الداخلية واللوائح الحكومية

• إعداد ومراجعة واعتماد مستندات المناقصات والفواتير وأوامر التوريد بدقة

• العمل كحلقة وصل بين فريق العقود ومخازن الطوارئ الطبية (CMS) ومُورّدي الأدوية

• متابعة المواعيد النهائية وضمان تقديم العروض في الوقت المناسب

• بناء علاقات مهنية مع المسؤولين الحكوميين والمؤسسات الصحية

• تحليل عروض الأسعار المرفوضة وتقديم تحسينات مناسبة

• تتبع حالة المناقصات وحل أي مشكلات وتنظيم العمليات مع CMS

• الإشراف على تحركات سلسلة التوريد والتعامل مع أي تأخيرات بسرعة
