Job Title: Project Manager – Oil & Gas Projects

Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in substation automation systems within the oil and gas industry.
•  The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of automation-focused substation projects, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with technical standards, budget constraints, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in oil & gas environments.
• 2. Enforce quality standards, Address and resolve technical challenges and delays in a proactive  manner.
• 3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• 4. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, coordinate with HSE teams, and mitigate risks effectively.
• 5. Review and validate technical documentation, including Engineering, Documents, Drawings
•  schematics, wiring diagrams, and shop drawings, etc.
• 6.Develop and monitor schedules, address delays, and implement necessary adjustments.
• 7.Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and oversee progress to ensure 
•  compliance with quality and safety standards.
• 8.Track budgets, manage supplier payments, and apply cost-saving measures to maintain financial control.
• 9.Mentor engineers, deliver training, and maintain project documentation while preparing  progress reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2. PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification (preferred).
• 3. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience within the oil & gas sector (preferred).
• 4. Deep understanding of LAN & Telecom & security systems.
• 5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• 6. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments.
• 07. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 08. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• 09. Hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license and possess a private vehicle for site mobility.

المسمى الوظيفي:

• نحن نبحث عن مدير مشروع يتمتع بمهارات عالية وخبرة واسعة في أنظمة أتمتة المحطات الفرعية ضمن صناعة النفط والغاز.
•  سيشرف المرشح الناجح على دورة الحياة الكاملة لمشاريع محطات الطاقة الفرعية التي تركز على الأتمتة، مما يضمن التسليم الناجح بما يتماشى مع المعايير الفنية والقيود الميزانية والجداول الزمنية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• 1. قيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ وتسليم المشاريع في بيئات النفط والغاز.
• 2. فرض معايير الجودة، ومعالجة التحديات الفنية والتأخيرات وحلها بطريقة استباقية.
• 3. التنسيق والتواصل بشكل فعال مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وممثلي العملاء.
• 4. ضمان الالتزام الصارم بقواعد السلامة، والتنسيق مع فرق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والتخفيف من المخاطر بشكل فعال.
• 5. مراجعة والتحقق من صحة الوثائق الفنية، بما في ذلك الهندسة والوثائق والرسومات
•  المخططات، ومخططات الأسلاك، ورسومات المتجر، وما إلى ذلك.
• 6. تطوير الجداول الزمنية ومراقبتها، ومعالجة التأخيرات، وتنفيذ التعديلات اللازمة.
• 7. تحديد المخاطر وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف والإشراف على التقدم لضمان 
•  الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
• 8. تتبع الميزانيات وإدارة مدفوعات الموردين وتطبيق تدابير خفض التكاليف للحفاظ على الرقابة المالية.
• 9. توجيه المهندسين وتقديم التدريب والحفاظ على وثائق المشروع أثناء إعداد تقارير التقدم للإدارة العليا.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• 1. درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• 2. شهادة إدارة المشاريع PMP أو ما يعادلها (مفضل).
• 3. خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في قطاع النفط والغاز (مفضل).
• 4. فهم عميق لأنظمة الشبكات المحلية والاتصالات والأمن.
• 5. مهارات قوية في القيادة وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
• 6. القدرة على إدارة الفرق متعددة الوظائف والبيئات متعددة البائعين.
• 07. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
• 08. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا)؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• 09. أن يكون حاصلاً على رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول ويملك مركبة خاصة للتنقل بالموقع.
