Rig Manager - Kuwait
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the daily activities of the rig crew in accordance with the client goals within company expectations
- Coordinate rig moves with client and transportation personnel
- Conduct pre-tour meetings with rig crews
- Ensure that the permit to work system and other HSE management tools are used correctly
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with operator's representatives, subcontractors and other personnel on the rig
- Participate in preventative and regulatory safety inspections and meetings as per the company's Target Zero Rules and Key Beliefs
The Successful Applicant Will Possess The Following Qualifications
- Accredited Engineering degree/diploma is preferred but not required
- Must have a minimum of ten (10) Years of Drilling Industry experience of Oil & Gas well drilling
- Must have a minimum of two (2) Years of experience as a Rig Manager
- Must be proficient with computer hardware, and the software Microsoft Suite
- Must be fluent written and spoken English ↚
- Able to demonstrate excellent safety leadership
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Has experience assisting in effective management of personnel and operations
- Able to impact and influence people
- Able to build customer relationships

المسؤوليات

- تنسيق تحركات الحفارات مع العميل وموظفي النقل
- إجراء اجتماعات ما قبل الجولة مع أطقم الحفر
- تأكد من استخدام نظام تصريح العمل وأدوات إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الأخرى بشكل صحيح
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات عمل جيدة مع ممثلي المشغل والمقاولين من الباطن وغيرهم من الموظفين على المنصة
- المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش والاجتماعات الوقائية والتنظيمية للسلامة وفقًا لقواعد Target Zero والمعتقدات الرئيسية للشركة
يجب أن يمتلك المتقدم الناجح المؤهلات التالية
- يفضل الحصول على درجة/دبلوم هندسي معتمد ولكن ليس شرطًا
- يجب أن يكون لديك ما لا يقل عن عشر (10) سنوات من الخبرة في صناعة الحفر لحفر آبار النفط والغاز
- يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن عامين (2) كمدير منصة
