Application Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on healthcare software applications.
- Responsible for gathering requirements, performing system testing, upgrades and patch deployments, conducting testing, preparing documentation, and liaising with vendors for all assigned applications
- Actively participate in or lead projects related to the procurement, implementation, and integration of new healthcare systems and digital solutions.
- Manage integration between Healthcare Applications
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to application processes and configurations.
- Analyze user requirements and propose application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide on-call support for applications, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues outside of regular business hours and minimizing system downtime.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes improving team knowledge and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of internal IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders, seeking feedback and addressing concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with relevant software applications (e.g., ERP, SAP, HIS systems).
- Bilingual (English & Arabic)
- Knowledge of database management and basic scripting is a plus.

- Knowledge of Medical terminology
- Knowledge of trends and innovations in the area of health IT.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems and inefficiencies via process improvement
- Strong analytical skills related to information gathering and interpreting

أخصائي دعم التطبيقات
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- توفير الدعم الفني والتدريب للمستخدمين النهائيين على تطبيقات برامج الرعاية الصحية.
- المسؤول عن جمع المتطلبات وإجراء اختبارات النظام والترقيات ونشر التصحيحات وإجراء الاختبارات وإعداد الوثائق والاتصال بالبائعين لجميع التطبيقات المخصصة
- المشاركة بشكل فعال في أو قيادة المشاريع المتعلقة بشراء وتنفيذ ودمج أنظمة الرعاية الصحية الجديدة والحلول الرقمية.
- إدارة التكامل بين تطبيقات الرعاية الصحية
- التعاون مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والبائعين لاستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل مشكلات البرامج.
- تطوير وصيانة الوثائق المتعلقة بعمليات التطبيق والتكوينات.
- تحليل متطلبات المستخدم واقتراح تحسينات للتطبيق.
- راقب أداء التطبيق وأوصي بالتحسينات.
- إعداد التقارير للقيادة التنفيذية التي تنقل بشكل فعال الاتجاهات والأنماط والتنبؤات باستخدام البيانات ذات الصلة.
مسؤوليات أخرى:
- توفير الدعم عند الطلب للتطبيقات، وضمان حل المشكلات الحرجة في الوقت المناسب خارج ساعات العمل العادية وتقليل وقت تعطل النظام.
- إنشاء وصيانة توثيق مفصل للقضايا والحلول والعمليات لتحسين معرفة الفريق وكفاءته.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتوحيد السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الفريق والمبادرات التعاونية لتعزيز تبادل المعرفة والتحسين المستمر.
- التواصل بشأن تقدم المشروع والتحديات التي يواجهها مع أصحاب المصلحة، والسعي للحصول على ردود الفعل ومعالجة المخاوف على الفور
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة في تطبيقات البرامج ذات الصلة (على سبيل المثال، أنظمة ERP، SAP، HIS).
- ثنائي اللغة (الإنجليزية والعربية)
- إن معرفة إدارة قواعد البيانات والكتابة النصية الأساسية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
