Estimation Engineer
Job Description – Fit out Site Engineer
- We are looking for a skilled Fitout & Construction Estimation Engineer with strong experience in pricing, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis for both interior fit-out works and general construction projects.
- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in reading drawings across all disciplines, and capable of producing accurate technical and commercial estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fit-out and construction projects.
- Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to determine project scope and quantities.
- Develop comprehensive BOQs with structured pricing breakdowns.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for compliance and accuracy.
- Support tender submissions by preparing technical and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to gather pricing data and market rates.
- Maintain updated price databases and organized estimation files.
- Assist the project and procurement teams with cost-related clarifications when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5–7 years of estimation experience in fit-out and general construction.
- Mandatory GCC experience in pricing projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel 365 (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD

مهندس تقدير
الوصف الوظيفي - مهندس موقع التجهيز
- نحن نبحث عن مهندس ماهر في تقدير تكاليف البناء والتجهيزات يتمتع بخبرة قوية في التسعير وإعداد فواتير الكميات وتحليل التكاليف لكل من أعمال التجهيز الداخلي ومشاريع البناء العامة.
- يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي مهتمًا بالتفاصيل، ويتقن قراءة الرسومات في جميع التخصصات، وقادرًا على إنتاج تقديرات فنية وتجارية دقيقة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد تقديرات التكلفة التفصيلية والدقيقة لمشاريع التجهيز والبناء.
- تحليل الرسومات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة لتحديد نطاق المشروع والكميات.
- تطوير قوائم الكميات الشاملة مع تفاصيل التسعير المنظمة.
- مراجعة وتقييم عروض المقاولين من الباطن والموردين للتأكد من الامتثال والدقة.
- دعم تقديم العطاءات من خلال إعداد الوثائق الفنية والتجارية.
- التنسيق مع الموردين لجمع بيانات التسعير وأسعار السوق.
- الحفاظ على قواعد بيانات الأسعار المحدثة وملفات التقدير المنظمة.
- مساعدة فريق المشروع والمشتريات في توضيح التكاليف عند الحاجة.
المؤهلات المفضلة
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة
- 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في تقدير التشطيبات والبناء العام.
- يشترط خبرة خليجية في تسعير المشاريع.
- معرفة قوية بالمواد والتشطيبات وطرق البناء.
- - إتقان متقدم في استخدام برنامج Excel 365 (الصيغ، VLOOKUP، جداول البيانات المحورية).
- إتقان برنامج أوتوكاد
