Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ISDT workshop operations based on operational requirements, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for downhole tools and equipment
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to R&M Specialists in specialized welding techniques including tungsten carbide application and 6G position welding
- Oversee quality control processes for all maintenance and repair work

Responsibilities

- Model and simulate well and system performance using Wellflo, REO, Pipesim, GAP, and PROSPER.
- Develop, implement, and maintain digital production optimization workflows aligned with Weatherford’s technology platforms.
- Analyze production data to identify underperforming wells and recommend optimization strategies.
- Integrate digital solutions and real-time monitoring to enhance well surveillance and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborate with operations, digital teams, and clients to ensure successful solution deployment.
