Rolling Mill QC Lab Technician
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow the rules and procedures for the activities of the Quality Control Department to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepares samples according to standards.
- Performs physical and mechanical tests on samples to assure compliance with the quality standards.
- As needed, physical inspection of billets is carried out
- Responsible for servicing, housekeeping and minor troubleshooting and maintenance of all inspection, measuring and test equipment available in the laboratory.
Lime Plant QC Lab Technician
Responsibilities:
- Follow the rules and procedures for the activities of the Quality Control Department to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collection, preparation, and testing of samples for lime, dolomite, and other raw materials in accordance with product specifications.
- Prepare and verify/standardize chemical reagents and standard solutions necessary for analyses.
Continuous Casting Machine/Caster Operator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs Tundish Preheating including operation of Preheater, Refractory Inspection, Nozzle cleaning and CNC cylinder checking.
- Performs dummy bar preparation, centering and installation of quick sealing device.
- Conducts mold packing, setting all controls to ready cast position, mold inspection and oil flow test.
- Carries out tundish preparation for casting such as nozzle cleaning, tundish centering, nozzle bottom plugging and nozzle filling.
- Performs ladle receiving activities like slide gate cylinder fixing/removal, ladle cover placing/removal, ladle shroud cleaning and re-attachment and ladle teeming throughout the casting period.
- Performs mold tendering including slag fishing, mold level checking, wetting nozzle cleaning, nozzle changing, metal splashes cleaning and monitor abnormal oscillation.
- Carries out manual cutting of billets during cutting torch failures, emergency billet evacuation during breakout and early disconnection.
Mechanical Technician - Steel Melting Plant
Duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Carrying out maintenance activities (preventive and corrective maintenance) as per SAP work order and giving back proper feedback.
- Inspection of responsible/allocated area equipment, reporting any abnormality to the higher level and recording it in the logbook and checklists in SAP.
- Correcting the identified abnormalities under the supervision of the superior.
- Attending breakdowns, minimizing delays and unplanned shutdowns.
- Implementing & following the instructions from the management.
- Coordinating with other departments and working as a team.
- Carrying out daily shift activities and following through with the problems.
- Proper maintenance of equipment/facilities and carrying out repair works and keeping spares ready.
- Studying the system, proper tools handling, safekeeping and working effectively to reduce the maintenance cost.
Electronic Specialist
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronic systems, automation, PLC programming, and control theory.
- Experience working with measurement instruments, sensors, and control systems commonly used in the steel industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic equipment and systems
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI design, and data analysis tools
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

الواجبات والمسؤوليات
- إتباع القواعد والإجراءات الخاصة بأنشطة قسم مراقبة الجودة لضمان الإلتزام بمعايير الجودة.
- إعداد العينات وفقًا للمعايير.
- يقوم بإجراء الاختبارات الفيزيائية والميكانيكية على العينات للتأكد من الامتثال لمعايير الجودة.
- حسب الحاجة، يتم إجراء الفحص المادي للقضبان
- المسؤول عن الخدمة والتنظيف واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها البسيطة والصيانة لجميع معدات التفتيش والقياس والاختبار المتوفرة في المختبر.
فني مختبر مراقبة جودة مصنع الليمون
المسؤوليات:
- إتباع القواعد والإجراءات الخاصة بأنشطة قسم مراقبة الجودة لضمان الإلتزام بمعايير الجودة.
- جمع وإعداد واختبار عينات من الجير والدولوميت والمواد الخام الأخرى وفقًا لمواصفات المنتج.
- إعداد والتحقق من/توحيد الكواشف الكيميائية والمحاليل القياسية اللازمة للتحليلات.
مشغل آلة الصب المستمر/عجلة الصب
الواجبات والمسؤوليات
- يقوم بإجراء التسخين المسبق لتونديش بما في ذلك تشغيل التسخين المسبق وفحص المواد المقاومة للحرارة وتنظيف الفوهة وفحص أسطوانة CNC.
- يقوم بإعداد شريط الدمية وتمركزه وتركيب جهاز الختم السريع.
- يقوم بتعبئة القالب، وضبط جميع عناصر التحكم على وضع الصب الجاهز، وفحص القالب واختبار تدفق الزيت.

- يقوم بقطع الكتل يدويًا أثناء فشل شعلة القطع، وإخلاء الكتل في حالات الطوارئ أثناء الانقطاع المبكر والانقطاع.

- دراسة النظام والتعامل الصحيح مع الأدوات والمحافظة عليها والعمل بشكل فعال لتقليل تكاليف الصيانة.

خبرة:
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الأنظمة الإلكترونية والأتمتة وبرمجة PLC ونظرية التحكم.
- خبرة في العمل مع أدوات القياس، وأجهزة الاستشعار، وأنظمة التحكم المستخدمة عادة في صناعة الصلب.
مهارات:
- الكفاءة في استكشاف أخطاء المعدات والأنظمة الإلكترونية وإصلاحها
- المعرفة بأنظمة SCADA وتصميم HMI وأدوات تحليل البيانات
- مهارات التواصل الفعالة لنقل المعلومات الفنية إلى أصحاب المصلحة غير الفنيين
