SULTAN-
In 1976 Mr. Jamil Sultan founded PSC Supply, a division of The Petroleum Services Company, which eventually grew to be a major provider of supplies to the oil industry. It was here that the retail business began and evolved into the retail grocery business as we know it today. ↔️
The Sultan Center Shuwaikh was the first self-service retail store in Kuwait when it opened in 1981. Several other stores followed shortly after, and Sultan soon established itself as ‘the’ place to shop in Kuwait. To this day, many in the community talk warmly about how they grew up with Sultan as the first provider of quality products, imported goods and fresh food from around the world. Surrounded in an environment of exemplary customer service, it’s from this foundation that Sultan grew its operations in four countries.
TODAY
The Sultan legacy proudly spans over 40 years, when it first launched its Kuwait flagship store in 1981. Recognized as Your Neighbourhood Grocer, its offering is a differentiated lifestyle consumer experience through its various concepts.
A fixture in the community and much sought after by locals and expats in the region, Sultan is synonymous with promising the highest standards of quality. ACCOUNTANT (SALES RECONCILIATION)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Reconciliation Accountant will be responsible for reconciling sales transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of sales data between various systems (e.g., ERP, Bank).
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in sales figures, working closely with the operations team to gather necessary documentation.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reconciliation reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of sales-related financial reports for management.
- Support the implementation of new systems or processes to enhance the reconciliation process.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of Accounting Experience, primarily in Sales Reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP accounting software, preferably Oracle Financial.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills and English language fluency.

محاسب (مطابقة المبيعات)
ملخص الوظيفة:
سيكون المحاسب المسؤول عن مطابقة المعاملات البيعية، وضمان دقة التقارير، وتحديد وحل أي تناقضات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء مطابقة يومية، أسبوعية، وشهرية لبيانات المبيعات بين الأنظمة المختلفة (مثل ERP والبنك).
- تحليل وحل التناقضات في أرقام المبيعات، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق العمليات لجمع المستندات اللازمة.
- إعداد وحفظ تقارير المطابقة المفصلة والمستندات الخاصة بالمراجعات الداخلية والخارجية.
- مراقبة وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير المحاسبة.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية المتعلقة بالمبيعات للإدارة.
- دعم تنفيذ الأنظمة أو العمليات الجديدة لتحسين عملية المطابقة.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التجارة أو المالية.
- خبرة محاسبية من 2 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل، خاصة في مطابقة المبيعات.
- خبرة في برامج المحاسبة ERP، ويفضل Oracle Financial.
- معرفة جيدة بتطبيقات MS Office وخاصة Excel.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
