LAB COORDINATOR
American International University (AIU) is looking for a dynamic and engaged Lab Coordinator. The Lab Coordinator at the American International University-Kuwait is responsible for oversight of all labs on campus. This includes labs taught by faculty from the following schools: School of Arts and Sciences, School of Engineering, and School of Architecture and Design.
Job Requirements:
- Coordinate the purchasing and storage of lab supplies.
- Evaluate lab technician job performance.
- Assist in the creation of lab schedules.
- Develop and implement lab safety policies.
- Coordinate maintenance of lab equipment.
- Prepare and submit budgets, including capital budgets for new equipment.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for each lab.
- Coordinate annual training for lab technicians and lab instructors.
- Coordinate delivery, setup, and training for newly purchased equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 2+ years of lab supervision experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Continuing education in lab management and/or lab safety.
- Master's degree or higher.

- تنسيق تسليم وتركيب وتدريب على المعدات الجديدة المشتراة.
المتطلبات الدنيا:
- درجة بكاليوس أو أعلى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإشراف على المختبرات.
المتطلبات المفضلة:
- خبرة في دور إشرافي.
- التعليم المستمر في إدارة المختبرات و/أو سلامة المختبر.
- درجة ماجستير أو أعلى.
